Before You Delete Your Account

Please note that deleting your account will:

Permanently remove all your forest data
Delete all your trees, animals, and achievements
Remove all your focus statistics and history
Cancel any active subscriptions
Prevent you from recovering your data in the future

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Through the App

Open Focus Meadow app
Go to Profile
Tap "Delete Account"
Confirm your decision

Option 2: Contact Support

Email us at [email protected] with:

Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
Your registered email address

We will process your request within 48 hours.

Data Deletion Timeline

Upon account deletion:

Immediately: Your account becomes inaccessible
Within 24 hours: Your personal data is removed from active systems
Within 30 days: Your data is permanently deleted from all backups
