By downloading, installing, or using FocusMeadow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

FocusMeadow is a productivity application that gamifies focus time through virtual forest growth. The service includes:

• Focus timer functionality
• Virtual tree and forest growth system
• Animal collection features
• Progress tracking and statistics
• Premium subscription features

3. User Accounts

You may use FocusMeadow as a guest or create an account for additional features:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use FocusMeadow for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
• Not use the app while driving or in situations requiring full attention
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not share or sell your account to others

5. Premium Subscription

FocusMeadow offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide premium features:

5.1 Subscription Plans

• Monthly Subscription: $3.99 USD per month
• Yearly Subscription: $29.99 USD per year (save 37%)
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Current prices will be displayed in the app before purchase.
• All prices are shown in your local currency as determined by your app store.

5.2 Premium Features Include:

• Unlimited focus sessions per day
• Unlimited tree growth
• Access to all animals including mythical creatures
• Create unlimited forests
• Advanced statistics and insights
• Ad-free experience

5.3 Free Trial

• New users receive a 3-day free trial with full premium access
• No payment required during the trial period
• Trial is only available once per user

5.4 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• The renewal charge will be the same as your initial subscription price unless we notify you of a price change
• You will receive a receipt via email after each successful renewal

5.5 Managing Your Subscription

• iOS Users: Manage subscriptions in Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
• Android Users: Manage subscriptions in Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions
• You can cancel auto-renewal at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period

5.6 Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will continue to have premium access until the end of the period you've paid for
• No partial refunds for unused subscription time
• Deleted accounts will automatically cancel subscriptions

5.7 Refund Policy

• iOS Users: Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
• Android Users: Refunds are handled by Google Play. Request within 48 hours of purchase for eligible refunds
• We cannot directly process refunds as payments are handled by the respective app stores
• Refunds are subject to the app store's refund policy

5.8 Account Restoration

• If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use the "Restore Purchases" button in the app to restore your subscription
• You must be signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase
• Guest users must create an account before purchasing a subscription

6. Virtual Items and Rewards

Virtual trees, animals, and other in-app items:

• Have no real-world monetary value
• Cannot be exchanged for real currency
• Are licensed to you, not sold
• May be subject to expiration or modification
• Cannot be transferred between accounts

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of FocusMeadow, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by FocusMeadow and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission
• User-generated content (such as forest names) must not infringe on others' rights
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms

8. Privacy

Your use of FocusMeadow is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding:

9. Disclaimers

FocusMeadow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific productivity improvements
• Compatibility with all devices or operating systems
• Data backup or recovery in case of loss

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FocusMeadow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to:

• Lost profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Personal injury

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue FocusMeadow at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

• Feature updates may change app functionality
• We will notify users of significant changes via app updates or email
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to FocusMeadow immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the service
• Non-payment of subscription fees

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

14. End User License Agreement (EULA)

In addition to these Terms of Service, your use of FocusMeadow is subject to:

• iOS Users: Apple's Standard End User License Agreement
• Android Users: Google Play Terms of Service

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will:

• Notify you via email or app notification for significant changes
• Require your acceptance for material changes affecting your rights
